Could not be happier!
Yes I could have saved a few (& I mean just a few £s) had I gone with an online company but I like speaking to humans who make sure I’m fully covered & I have missed nothing.
I insured my van, public liability, life, gap insurance & tool insurance all in one place. Fantastic service friendly staff at the Solihull branch (over the phone) brilliant! Some day all insurance companies will realise human contact with professional staff is important!

The customer service at A-Plan is first class. Nick Collins dealt with my initial enquiry re car insurance and I can't speak highly enough of him with regard to his patience, kindness and knowledge.
