Called by the Camberley office giving all details of how the quote had been achieved amongst other insurers. The price was very similar to the previous year. The A-plan rep. was well informed, very polite and accommodating. I asked if I could pay the annual premium nearer the actual renewal date and this was accepted. Renewal documents and new certificate plus breakdown of costs and invoice were sent in full by Post. Very satisfied all round.

I have been with A plan for a number of years and have always been totally satisfied with the service. My car was stolen in 2014 and A plan dealt with the problem in a quick and professional manner. I also changed my house insurance to A plan last year and received a much more competitive insurance quote which I will be renewing again this year.
