I know hey will always do the best they are able on price. Our home is not the easiest to insure. But when it comes to claiming (they also cover our car” it’s one call and the rest is history. They chase and follow up everything. No being left hanging when you buy through them.

All reasonably smooth…but I received 3 phone calls (1 of which was after I had paid the renewal) to “remind “ me that renewal was due. I have also had to ask for hard copy paperwork on at least 3 occasions, since I don’t feel comfortable making “snap” decisions on the phone.
