I have used A-Plan to insure my car for several years. They are always helpful and search to see if there is a better price. I have always found the staff, either in store or on the phone, to be very friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Made sure my nhs discount added unlike first time renewed when I was not asked if nhs?? But found out after paying there was a discount, this young man made sure I was offered without asking, price even lower this year which truly helped, very pleasant phone manner, only down side is up selling otherwise good company very pleased.
