Fast, efficient service ... Always on ball with renewals ... Which is great because cost always in the ball park and do all the work instead of compare sites to be pushed to a long phone call anyway! ...
Just renewed and basically they rung up and reminded me my van ins was due soon ... Already had checked found best costs... Did the legal questions and boom all done.

My current vehicle insurer was not prepared to offer me comprehensive vehicle insurance for the coming year as I had reached 82 years of age & was beyond the age cut-off point.
Searching for an alternative provider, the local A Plan office manager was polite and treated my telephone enquiry with respect, and without fuss, located a company willing to offer a comprehensive policy at a sensible price.
The policy was explained in full on the 'phone; the documents were sent by Royal Mail & reached me within a couple of days; and the vehicle was reinsured to drive well within the policy timeline. That's what I call first class service, thank you A Plan.

Happy with the Renewal, the Broker called me but couldn’t talk at that time, they sent me a quote by post which I was happy with. Called them back to let them know and it was renewed instantly without doing any paperwork on my side….👏🏽👍🏽
