So fed up with wasting time being 'on hold' on the phone with big insurance companies, was delighted to find a really personal service at A-plan, staffed by real people with names, who were friendly, polite, efficient and genuinely seemed to care about the service they were providing. Prices for my car insurance also compared favourably with all the other offers I had researched, and everything was arranged quickly and correctly. Excellent, A-plan !

I cannot speak highly enough of Joshua Leach at Tooting .He was incredibly helpful and explained thoroughly the the benefits of the policy he chose for the new vehicle and indeed the offers of additional cover that were available at extra cost.
He achieved a fantastic annual premium deal.
All agreed and insured in 15 minutes .
Delighted and highly recommend A-Plan and especially Joshua Leach at Tooting.

We came across A-Plan insurance by chance at VW show, and giving them a call when our campervan was due for renewal turned out to be a great decision. In addition to a competitive quote for our beloved campervan, we discovered we had a local branch opening in a nearby town, and what a joy to get back to speaking to a "real person" in a "real office", rather than a faceless/soulless call centre. David - the Branch Manager at Market Harborough is a credit to your business. The service we have received from David with regards to landlord insurance is nothing short of amazing. He has beaten our renewal quotes hands down (which is great), but what is even better, is the personal service that he provides - little things, like remembering who you are, having a friendly chat about random stuff, as well as being super efficient, and an expert in his field. It has been a very long time, since I have received such good customer service, and it is a joy to deal with David and A Plan - thank you.
