My husband and I were really pleased with our meeting with A Plan Insurances representative Joe Williams, he was most helpful and understanding of our needs.
\it was so much better to be able to talk with someone face to face and not on the telephone, that is the reason for our change, we were able to be advised of different issues we had, for example not enough contents cover etc etc.
There wasn't any rush and we felt very comfortable.
Joe Williams was a very pleasant young man, easy to talk with and put us at ease.
We had been with LV for a number of years without realising that we didn't have enough cover. Everything was explained to us in simple teams.
We will be looking at our Car Insurances as well when nearer the time to be renewed.
The bonus was it was cheaper than LV even though we are still with Lv.

They do ok but are rubbish at sending the paper work out took 4 calls last year to get the paper work total of 10 months. So when I renewed I said this please make sure I get the paper work yes no problem was said. Buy we are month down the line still no paper work.
