Easy and polite to deal with, phone as well. They will look at prices again if you challenge the price. It would be nice if they always gave the best price rather than making you search and challenge.

Following on from an arson attack at my venue we reported to A-Plan and expected a worst case scenario on insurance but Martin Blower and his team went above and beyond to hold the insurers to task and ensure they had our best interests in mind, the process was long but Martin kept in contact almost everyday with updates and I believe our settlement would have been a lot lower had it not been for him and his team fighting our corner, we all hate the ever increasing insurance premiums but I will only use A Plan for it in the future knowing that when they are needed they really do step up, thank you!
