My experience with car insurance is very limited as I had driven a company vehicle for many years and the car insurance was provided as part of my driving package so when I decided to retire I purchased my own car and needed insurance under my own name the company I worked for suggested A PLAN . When I contacted them a young lady called Alarna dealt with me and the minute I first spoke to her to completion the whole experience was fantastic she was helpful in every respect answered all my questions and if she needed to check any thing she always e-mailed me or phoned me back she was pleasure to work with and the icing on the cake the cost of the insurance was very competitive. I would recommend APLAN to all my family and friends 100% well done Alarna well done APLAN

I have dealt through this company for many years on property, motorcycle and classic insurance and have always found them very helpful and good value.
I still think that this is so, however A-Plan appear to be totally confused with their system of customers having an online account to access their policies and documents.
I have three policies through them and apparently (according to a young lady i spoke to in their offices this week), i need three different online accounts to access my documents, which seems like madness to me.
One overall company and there should be one overall account for all the different policies that anyone takes out through them.
Very odd and quite frustrating !
