Superb dealing with Dan and Chris at the Thatcham branch, who were very helpful and sorted my cover quickly and efficiently........ The only real issue was the initial renewal quote (by someone else) which was not so great... However, Dan and Chris resolved it.... Recommended.!

I use A plan for my home and car insurance needs, they are usually punctual with sending out documents either by post or e mail, but upon renewing my home insurance recently I'm STILL waiting for my documents to be sent to me, even after I was told these would be posted upon renewal,

It was a painless process, quick and easy. I was cooking when A Plan rang me with a quote and I was worried something was going to boil over. No problem they rang me back a few days later when it was more convenient so that I could pay. They were helpful and friendly.
