I dread the times of year when my home and car insurance are due for renewal. This year for the first time in many years I did in fact change my home insurer to A-Plan Insurance. I found Patrick at A- Plan Insurance both helpful polite and knowledgeable and did everything he promised to do. The whole process was stress free and saved me a lot of money. I would un hesitating recommend any one to at least give Patrick at A-Pan Insurance at Preston a chance to see what they can do for you.

Once contact is made with an advisor the service is good. However there is always an unacceptably long wait for someone to be connected and the music and the voice message every 15/20 seconds emphasising how appreciative you are of our patience is very annoying. You need either more staff, fewer customers (!) or a quicker, more effective and efficient way of handling incoming calls. You must lose a great deal of business from callers who give up on the wait.

Early reminder is a great help, then offered alterative policy's which were cheaper but choice was left to me, l do like a local office rather than online company's which means assistance face to face should I need it.
