I rang A Plan 3 weeks before renewal date. They gave me a price and l then looked at different comparison websites and although one was £20 cheaper it did not give me the exact same benefits as A Plan so l have stayed with them again this year. Service is excellent and everyone friendly.

I rang A-Plan after having much difficulty trying to actually speak to my existing insurer to discuss & renew my Motor Insurance.
I spoke with Tom Houlding straight away in the Poole Office who was both polite & professional, i proceeded to take out a motor policy for the coming year.
Most refreshing to actually speak to someone straight away & not be held in huge line of other calls waiting to be answered.

I have been a customer of a plan for nearly 20yrs. I have my car house caravan and my husband van are all insured by them . They are always helpful polite. Laura and John (st Albans) are so nice and no problem is to small . I wouldn't go anywhere else . They are efficient and the couple of times I had to use them . They dealt with everything with little or no distress to myself

Change of vehicle meant a large rise in premium. I had already had a quote for the new vehicle which was over £100 cheaper, Which was with the same provider. When I questioned the cost and said I was cancelling I got a reduction in the premium bringing it in line with said quote. As a loyal customer I was more than a bit annoyed.
