The negotiations were pleasant and acceptabe, I do like working with A plan although I think I would have found a better deal if I had bothered to try to find a better deal on my own, but being a bit lazy decided to stay with A Plan. Regards Peter.

Very happy with the Service Provider but I am concerned that although I renewed the Insurance on 30th July I have not received The Cover Note or the normal documents ??? I have telephoned and have been reassured that they are on the way. Good Service - Very pleasant with the excellent manner - Good to deal with. In your star rating - I do no think that you drop from "Excellent" to "Great" There is no difference. It appears you have a system failure. Please send the documnts.
