A fortuitous contact from the Swindon office (Mr Gregory Webb) enabled me to gain a very good quote for my car insurance. Although it is necessarily a lengthy process on the phone it was worth the effort. I am very pleased with the speedy high standard service I received (besides my financial gain). Mr Webb did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. I could ask no more. I am very pleased.

Just taken out a policy for my wife who is learning to drive at 50 and was surprised how easy and reasonable the quote was.
this was done over the phone with no rushing around and actually speaking to a real person who explained every question and recommendations about the policy.
their was no push or hard selling and after several days they called me back and i took out the policy with them,as i too have a policy their was no doubt i was getting the best deal and service.
