The whole follow up for renewal of my car insurance was thorough and though persistant (which is a good think) very delicately done. Especially when speaking to a representative. Today, as was the case last year, I was assisted in renewing my policy thanks to Elizabeth Holt in the Tooting office, or Liz as she preferred.
