As always, about 2 weeks before my renewal date I used the Internet to look at typical prices to re-insure my vehicle. When the A-Plan quote arrived it was much higher than I wanted to pay so I paid a visit to my local A-Plan office to discuss. As a long time user of A-Plan, I was able to negotiate a much better deal which compared favorably with the prices quoted on the Internet - there were cheaper options on the Internet but I prefer to use a locally based broker as this can be helpful if you ever need assistance in the event of making a claim.

A Plan do what they promise. They always answer the phone in 3 rings. They contact me when my car and house insurance are due with a new quote or new deal with current provider if it is still the cheapest. I can’t fault the service. I have been with them around 6 years with no issues. I feel confident that I can contact them direct rather than the actual insurance company. It’s a bonus that they have a base local in my town centre, therefore if I wanted to talk face to face rather than on the phone I can 5 star service all the way.

Moved to A-plan a few years ago for home insurance. Much cheaper than my previous insurer. A bonus is that the premium is much the same as when I joined A-plan. In fact, this year it went down.
