My car insurance was due for renewal and I was contacted in plenty of time to go through a new quote and get the best price. Initially I went on a few web based search engines and found prices initially cheaper than A-Plan were offering. After talking with Craig at the Bath office I renewed my car insurance with A-Plan. The service they provide, trying their upmost to match quotes, the in-depth analysis of the renewal and the whole customer services package can not be beaten. When you call them they are always exceptionally polite, always willing to help, if they say they will call back they do. I would highly recommend them even though not the cheapest but the professional, polite, listening service that all members of staff provide is unquestionable and if I ever need to contact them for a claim, I know it wont be a very painful process, they will be very helpful, will listen and provide an exceptional service.
