I renewed my car insurance with A-Plan as they gave me a very competitive insurance quote against my existing with another company. The policy was like for like, so that was fantastic. The person I spoke to was ever so helpful and polite in finding me a good deal. The details over the phone were clear and precise as to what I needed. Great service so don't take my word, just give it a go yourself on the phone or online.

From my first contact with A Plan it was so straight forward. The Broker Shuhan who I dealt with could not have been more helpful, patient, and explained everything every step of the way. Got me the best Home and Contents Insurance available. Followed up with emails confirming all the details, which then I received a paper document with all the details.

Recommended by friends and in a bid to support local business I decided to give A Plan a try. Although we hadn't made an appointment to visit their office we were able to discuss our requirements and they went through everything with us in detail. Although the price came out a little higher than my renewal more items were included and a third name on the policy made little difference. So far so good.

Having been told by my current insurer that I needed to research a driving offence code myself, I decided to give A Plan a ring. They were so clear and very helpful. They professionally shared their knowledge of the relevant the information I needed without prompting, took my car details and within 20 mins came back to give me a comparable quote to the 1 I had been about to renew with a bigger more well known company. As a result I felt the knowledge, professional approach and customer service at A plan far surpassed that which I had received from my current company. The price was only a few pounds cheaper but I chose A plan straight away on the basis of quality service. Highly recommend giving them a ring
