Initially I received a letter from A-Plan to advertise their services. I pinned it to the notice board for future reference.
When my motor insurance renewal arrived, I called A-Plan and was very pleased with their personal human service, nothing was too much trouble, and it was the local office you were talking to, not a call centre or a robot. The person I dealt with was helpful and polite, beating my renewal price too.

Re Mark at Tooting.
Mark sorted my home insurance renewal and was very helpful. Information given was straight forward without the need for a lot of waffle, plus he managed to reduce the price which is rare these days. I've been an A Plan customer for a few years now, they are always competitive and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend the Tooting branch.

Got as far as phoning one, big name alternative and was kept on hold and then offered a huge excess.
In order to keep their policy price low.
A-Plan have always been up-front and staff actually listen to your requirements.
Rather than simply targetting a sale.
So happy to return to A-Plan and would even have
paid a small uplift to do so.
