I’ve used A Plan for my insurance for around 8 years now and always found their service excellent and very accommodating for my modified 4x4, price wise I’ve found them very competitive and have price matched my policy when I found it cheaper one year. It is always with some trepidation that I switch insurance policies. I contacted A-Plan and having sent over policy documents by e mail/pdf I was able to make an informed decision which saved me £44 on my existing policy. Iam more than pleased by this result.

With both home and car insurance renewals required for last years A Plan policies at a very difficult time ( end of life care ), after explaining the situation to Sue she acted in very professional and compassionate manner to resolve my home insurance very quickly and without any unnecessary fuss. Sue also offered to assist in gaining new car quotes over the next few weeks to save me carrying out this work at this time too.

I found it very humbling to receive such wonderful compassionate service in a day and age when most people are only interested in making the sale and not the client. A-plan were efficient and friendly when I called to get quotes for my car insurance. They took all the details, explained things when I had questions, and called me back with quotes later. Even when the person I had spoken to before was away, the other team member could access the notes and picked up where he had left off. I have not (touch wood) had to contact them regarding a claim (hopefully I won't need to), but based on setting up the policy, I definitely recommend them.
