Called in branch to renew for a third year spoke to a young chap who took all the details promised to get back to me straight away but never did after a week I sent two emails one to Salisbury one to HO got a response next day... returned to branch that day agreed last year's price and boom all done. Good company a teething problem maybe with the young ones..(staff training) ....over all pleased with what these guys provide and assist customers.
