From the very beginning of my inquiry I personally felt comfortable. A voice at the end of the telephone announced “I’m Val”, a very confident person who inquired of my needs, after explaining I wanted household insurance it was just a breeze. Everything was explained in a clear precise language that was easy to understand and all my needs were met, and under no pressure at all.
Although I’ve not been asked I would sincerely recommend anyone requiring insurance to contact A plan Insurance. A first class service by professional advisors who actually listen to your needs without pressure to purchase

Good price but like all insurances you only find out when a claim is made . Fortunately events leading to claim haven't happened .
I was sorry that the office dealing couldn't be transferred from Luton to Milton Keynes which is much nearer. They have undertaken to do this next year.

Excellent Service - I have spent an hour or so (every second was well spent!) on the phone with Archie who managed to find me new household cover and landlord insurance at a really superb rate. I couldn't have had a better experience and Archie was knowledgable and extremely helpful, explaining every detail of the new policies. I cannot recommend Archie and A Plan enough and will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
