Cain Bradley at the Tooting office took over my internet based policy for home and contents. At renewal he was prompt with his call, and patient and gently persistent with his follow-ups. In the end I went with his recommendation and appreciated his forbearance and the way he answered all my questions. A good price was agreed and I duly purchased his recommended policy. Excellent service. We are in the process of selling my parents' property but needed insurance for about 6 weeks. This was organised and explained clearly and arrangements made for a call to be made to me on the expected completion date to cancel the remainder of the policy. Prompt, helpful, not confusing, response. The assistants complied with my questions & instructions, even to the point of telephoning me back. I am unable to comment on the reaction/response to any request I make for action in connection with a claim, because as yet there has been no need to do so. Prices of premiums were competitive; certainly the quotation for Buildings Insurance was considerably less expensive than my former insurer's.

Jack Thomson was the gentleman who set up my car insurance. I can honestly say from start to finish of our phone conversation I was at ease all the way through.
