Considering all the issues that I have encountered with the DVLA, what with the transferring of number plates to various vehicles. A-Plan Insurance at Loughborough, and in particular Claudia Walsh, deserves a medal for all the problems that I as a 'customer' have put them through. Without doubt this lady as the patience of a saint, I Came across this company by accident some two years ago and subsequently I now have both vehicle and property cover with Aplan, Claudia, along with the rest of the team at the Loughborough branch are most defiantly second to none.

Very happy with ammended quote. However first renewal was way way too high! Suggest you do homework before sending out renewals. Just lucky I bothered to ask for a more competitive quote or I would have gone elsewhere.

A-Plan manage my policies I have with them, they will keep on top of any issues, re-newel dates for me. The staff are always very helpful, either on the phone or face to face and will try to accommodate where they can any particular requirements.
