A very helpful company. I always get straight through to speak to someone within a minute of calling. I've saved money on all my insurance which include vehicles, home & business. They call to remind me as my various insurances are due but do not pester me in between and there's never been a hard sell. Highly recommend this helpful team.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I have been using them for the past 11 years. They have gone above and beyond on a number of occasions weather it be finding the best quote or helping calm me down in the midst of a car crash. This year is my 2nd year of using A plan the cost of insurance seemed reasonable I can't say how well claims are managed as fortunately I haven't had the need to claim but on the original setting up of the policy and this years renewal the staff have been very helpful

I tried for two months to get a quote for a new car (GLC300e, that replaced a very similar car GLC250d) but had to wait until the new car was ready for delivery, with the registration number. The quote was twice that of the previous vehicle. In addition I was told the new car needed a Thatcham Tracker and that it was too late to fit it to the car before delivery.
I arranged to have the tracker fitted after the car was delivered, but was told by the underwriters that I would not be insured for theft until the tracker was fitted, which it was - two days after delivery.
Not good to have an uninsured £60k car in my locked garage for two days.
