This is my third year now with A plan and each time they strive to find me the best deal. Thankfully, Mark, from the Tooting branch, phoned me two weeks prior to my renewal date and informed me of everything I needed to know and whether I was happy to go ahead; unlike most suppliers who just assume and renew it anyway, whilst taking a payment at the same time.

All's well with the policy, only criticism is when trying to set up login details on my phone, a verification code is sent to my email address. Very annoying coz I'm on the internet and can't read the code without going back to look at the email and then have start all over again. By this time I need a new code. Why not send the verification code by text.......

Just brilliant and I have told so many how great it is to have a skilled friendly well-informed person in the office to advise and help with a claim. I will gradually move more insurance to A Plan.
