Well, as usual the renewal quote showed an increase in annual subscription. It always does! Can't remember the last time any insurance quote was cheaper. But after a direct call with the broker he managed to get a reduction with another company. Trouble is not many brokers bother to find an alternative, cheaper option in the first place. They just assume you will renew with the same company. Got there in the end!

I was overcharged by the sun of ÂŁ71.85 When I questioned the amount to be refunded the person on the phone, I was spoken to in the rudest manor, as if I was at fault? Money was back in my account 4 days later.

I have quite complex insurance requirements. I own a panel van that is being converted for use as a campervan and this is also my daily drive. I'm retired but still need my van to commute to occasional work. A Plan have been able to cover me for all eventualities. The price has stayed the same despite the value of my van being increased.
