There is something about A-plans training scheme that means ever time you phone them, no matter who you speak to, or what the query is the response is always prompt, courteous, efficient and never too much trouble, there is a 'can do' attitude just in the tone of voice of all the representatives.
Price is not always the best criteria to buy insurance and A-plan proves that. a real human being to speak to, no press 5 , press 6 hold 10 minutes, we value your call, hold 10 minutes, sorry wrong department!! NOT A-plan.

I have been with A Plan for 5 years now and always found I have recieved prompt efficient service, both during a face to face consultation or telephone. I find them trustworthy and informative with their service and saves me the worry of searching for best deals. I've used A-Plan St. Albans for years. They give me plenty of notice when a policy is coming up for renewal via text/email and make the process very straightforward and painless (which isn't always the case where insurance is involved!)

I have recently had contact to renew my annual motor and buildings and contents insurance policies.
In each case, it was so joyous to be immediately greeted by a member of the team, rather than is so often the case, by a long-winded automated response.
I have been a customer for several years and have always been treated with courtesy and found the process of purchasing insurance to be straightforward. As a team, you should all be very proud of the way you represent yourselves and A-Plan.
When the time is appropriate, I have already decided to arrange my travel insurance with yourselves.

I have always found the staff pleasant and polite, they do not chase you to renew with them, just the odd text to remind me it is due. I have been with them since I passed my test years ago.

I’ve used A-Plan for over 20 years. Every couple of years I check other companies to see if I could be getting a better deal but their prices seem to be the best. I use them for car and home and they always let me know, in good time, when a policy is up for renewal and all the staff I have dealt with have been courteous and knowledgeable. I have nothing but good to say about A-Plan and have recommended them to many over the years.

Robert(Rob) Moore went out of his way to find use insurance cover for our motorhome, spending a long time making sure every detail was covered.
