Renewed once again, I have been with Aplan for several years and have no intentions to move. They are always courteous and knowledgeable when you speak to them and the best point for me is you are not diverted to a call centre in some far away land. Yes you could possibly get insurance cheaper if you shopped around but I doubt you would get a better service!!!

Changing car insurance from old one traded in to new one purchased. Done on the phone very easily to our times requested. Polite and efficient members of staff as always. Also I like the way they contact to remind of car insurance or house insurance etc in case I forget the expiry dates of policies.
