We have been with A-Plan WGC for a very long time and have our cars and properties insured with them. However our contact details for different policies are still incorrect. My partner and I just forward the incorrect addressed communications to each other.

Having had o make a claim for an incident at home, A plan insurance and LV insurance handled my claim with no fuss, nothing was too much trouble.

Nigel listened to my needs and was very helpful, he fully explained everything to me and ensured I was aware of additional services if I needed them. He was not pushy and I felt that he had my best interests in mind when he got me my quote and arranged car insurance for me.

I have used A-Plan Thatcham branch for many years to insure my beach buggy, they also do my house and contents. Prices are the best I could find and renewal is completely hassle free, occasionally the price even goes down. I have tried others before finding A-Plan and the price invariably crept up each year until I decided to leave them when miraculously they could do a deal to stop me leaving. Never happens with A-Plan, they're just honest and straight with you. There staff are always really pleasant and helpful as well.
