Friendly service. Insurance cover for what you need rather than being told you have to have. Also there's no pressure to buy extras. It's very refreshing to deal with a broker where 'no thanks' means just that.

Very pleased with our house and car insurance provided by A Plan over a large number of years and most importantly the staff are always very helpful when discussing our yearly quotations when needed.
The added bonus is that we have an office in our city where you can visit at any time without the need of an appointment to enable you to discuss further insurance requirements.

I've used A-plan insurance for a number of years now for car insurance & cannot fault in anyway/shape/form.Never any pressure at renewal time & always seem to get me the best price possible beating internet sites quotations even though a broker.Friendly professional staff with no hard sell gimmicks.I will continue to use A-Plan Insurance so long as they keep up their excellent service.Would highly recommend but not alway's the best for young drivers/no claims bonus..I would rate an 8.5/10 for an all round service.Thanks.....
