Just renewed my household buildings and contents with Basingstoke branch for the 4th year running. Also have my car and landlord insurance with them. Michelle Baldwin helped me to renew my home insurance policy after my former insurer transferred the policy to A-Plan. My former insurer appeared not to have given all the details to A-Plan correctly but Ms Baldwin was very efficient and responsive in sorting it out, and explained various things in a lucid and helpful way.
