We have been using A-Plan for several years now. This concerns our car insurance. We were sent a letter explaining our insurance was due for renewal about 2 weeks before our insurance was due. In it we were given a quote to remain with our existing insurer and also given details of an insurance company offering a cheaper quote. We were given clear instructions about how to contact the office to arrange our new insurance. When we called the office we got through straight away and were able todicuss our requirements with them and agreed our new insurance. There were no issues and no hidden costs, so everything worked out fine.

A-Plan Bromsgrove branch have for many years consistantly been professional and efficient in dealing with my insurance needs (and whenever arising, issues.) Sometimes these have been quite complex and involved, since keeping several property insurances and multiple car policies straight can be quite challenging. In the long run, having much of the administration dealt with is a significant benefit, the savings that could possibly be generated from time-consuming personal trawling of the internet is simply not worth it... saving ones valuable time is significantly more important than saving a few pennies here and there.
