Call handler very helpful and asked plenty questions on our vehicle and what we wanted. He talked really quickly ( reading off screen, easy to do if you do it all day!) so has to ask to repeat many times!

Once again A plan doing a great job for my truck insurance, got through to James Bradley at tooting branch and he has gone above and beyond to get me the best deal he could! Great communication on the phone and no waiting time to speak to someone! James gave me a couple of days to think about the quote he gave me! And gave me a call when was convenient for me!

Phoned A Plan for a modified car insurance quote. Found Gareth B from the start of the phone call, was very helpful and spoke clearly throughout the quotation.

Received my new quote, so did an online price comparison, keeping all my existing ad-on’s, where i could save £90, contacted A plan, who in turn contacted my current insurer, who matched the on line offer, so very happy, although it could have been perfect service had they offered me the best value offer in the first place.

Helpful, friendly and proactive renewal. I was a bit disappointed an additional cover enquiry resulted in the original offer being withdrawn. However, this was resolved with cover from the existing underwriters at the same price as the alternative offered.
