I was disappointed with the rising cost of my landlord home insurance and tired of waiting for email responses. I also wanted to speak to a real person who asked me what I wanted rather than listening to a prepared speech, most of which was irrelevant. So I went into A-plan insurance in Eastbourne.
Perfect. Most helpful staff. She asked me what I required, I explained. Careful scrutiny of details. Minutes later a new policy (better value for money), done and dusted. A short time to exchange pleasantries and the promise that I could go in at any time. The next time I need some insurance help, I know where to go.

Reminded me my policy was due for renewal. Came up with price and then kept reminding me (not so good) that needed to make payment. As advised was aware of date and would pay in date this became a little frustrating BUT appreciated the efficiency particularly a couple of days b4 to ensure did not forget. So overall good news and good service. Just need to remember dealing with adults and so many calls to remind?!!!!

A very good company no problems with them one call and done. Only downside if you want a postal instead of on line certificate it takes longer , I am still waiting for mine to come after two phone calls from me .

A-Plan look after all our insurance for vehicles and building/contents. Possibly a bit more expensive than others, but invaluable when you need advice or to make a claim. Always very polite and helpful, and no pressure to take out cover you don't want/need. Excellent service.
