Very helpful and efficient staff. Went through the quote so I could have a clear comparison with my existing quote. Spent time explaining pro's and con's of added extras, but no pressure to buy. Very good to have a local office but still able to get the benefit of a very competitive quote.

The Member of staff at A-plan was very courteous and carried out her promises of a call back when she said she would. Despite thinking that my quote wouldn’t beat my renewal, happily she managed to get me a great deal of £150 lower than originally thought.
