Very good but also pretty bad... Good because one can walk in and see a live person, although the quote was not the cheapest. Face to face means a lot when you need help or advice. Having had a no fault claim with another provider which involved hundreds of phone calls, hanging on for hours etc.
Bad because the person who handled my insurance spelt my name wrong, sent me the wrong documents and I had to sort that out. However, when i told them they were very apologetic so i am happy to recommend but urge you to read everything to make sure no mistakes. Maybe it was a bad day!

Setting up a home insurance policy was a very straightforward process. It was so much better to be able to do this face to face with the very capable A-Plan representative. I could also take the paperwork home with me on the day. It was nice to be able to phone the office directly and speak to the individual member of staff, which I needed to do subsequently when I wished to make a change to my payment plan.

My home and car insurance were both renewed by Imogen who was very pleasant and helpful and contacted me by phone so I didn't have to remember the renewed times myself. Very pleased with cost of my insurances not much increase from last year's premiums if at all.

I found, as always, A Plan to be helpful and supportive. On this occasion I shopped around to see if I could find a better quote. I shared it with James at A Plan who tried to accommodate me but instead the quote still came out slightly higher than the competitive quote. Because A Plan have always been so good and have consistently been better than any of their rivals, I was happy to proceed with the A Plan quotation.
