As always, I received friendly, polite and efficient service from the staff at the Lower Parkstone branch of A Plan. They take all the 'heavy lifting' out of finding the best options for my motor and home insurance. I have been with them for many years and have never been unhappy with service or the policies they have provided.

Every year they renew and the last couple of years the quote has actually reduced for my home insurance. I had been insuring our cars with another company but their quote had increased despite the fact that my daughter was no longer a young driver. Again A-Plan were able to beat the rival quote and everything is now in their hands. Staff are friendly and helpful and actually show initiative and waive add-on fees. It's really good to not be penalised for loyalty.

Having used an online insurance company and finding them very unhelpful and not being able to speak to anyone in person I decided to use a Brooker, I callelled APlan and spoke to Tara she was very helpful she got me the best price for my car insurance, i am very i am pleased with them and would recommend them, I will need to get household insurance soon and will be going back to A Plan for that as well.

A Plan contacted me re the renewal of my van insurance and found a suitable policy quickly and instigated said policy straight away. They later sent a paper copy of the policy as requested. Good service. I’ll be back!
