As usual I had great service from Alex at A-Plan. He was professional , polite and knowledgeable and even managed to get my premium down for me. He also emailed me my paperwork to save me some hassle. I also have my household insurance through A-Plan because they’re so good!

Have used A Plan for several years now, always helpful, friendly staff. We have all our home and car policies with them, its easier to deal with people who have knowledge of your needs. I contacted the Stratford upon Avon branch to obtain a quote for my household and buildings renewal. Vicki listened intently to my needs and identified a new policy that not only exceeded my needs but saved me £100 on my existing policy due for renewal.

I have just taken out a policy for my 17 year old son who is learning to drive. Alex dealt with me and was able to find a brilliant policy. A plan whilst you pay a tad more for your insurance is one of the best brokers on the high street. They deal with things very professionally and with honest integrity. I personally have used them for years. I did leave them at one stage as I found my insurance cheaper elsewhere but regretted soon after when the service wasn't there. So switched back on renewal.

The Consultant was very receptive and aided me as much as possible. Outlaying products that were useful and suggesting others that could be useful to me. My car insurance was bespoked to my needs with my consultant going above and beyond assistance.
