Have been a customer of A-Plan for several years and always very happy with the level of advice and service given. Recently renewed my home and contents insurance. Always helpful to have e-mail reminders and texts to remind me. Had the pleasure of speaking to Matthieu who was very friendly and efficient and obtained a quote lower than the previous year's and consequently took on additional cover. The relevant documents arrived in the post a couple of days later. Reliable company with knowledgeable and polite staff and would not consider going elsewhere.

Very helpful & Patient, good telephone manner, The person took their time go though the policy and get a new quote. Gave me Choice of two quotes from the Car Insurance. The person explained the benefits and which be best for this year Car Insurance and it including Breakdown service with Green Flags which was best policy to have included Home start & breakdown cover....It also Save me time to sorting out Green Flag breakdown at end of September. This policy included Car cover, legal protection and Protect no claim bonus....Monthly payments.
