Having had excellent service from A plan when I insured my Lambretta I decided to get a quote for my car insurance. I initially spoke to Leon who took time and care to find a policy which suited my needs in terms of cover required and price. When it came time to accept the quotation and take out the policy, Leon was on leave and I spoke to his colleague David. Again David made sure that I was happy with the cover provided and he put the policy into action for me.
A plan are certainly very good to deal with, I have the impression of a company who treats their clients as valued individuals rather than just a faceless number.

Excellent service from the first phone call onwards. I was always kept up to date with the process and received all of the information as stated by the adviser.

Used A plan in Macclesfield for home and car insurance for a few years now.
Always polite, professional and honest about pricing, yes they will offer extra components to your insurance but they are not pushy, if you say no thanks thats it.
Always available on phone and if they say their going to do something like check a price, phone back at a time or date or just clarify a policy, they do it.
Cant ask for more than that, prices are always competitive too.
And dont forget, if you have a claim or an issue with the insurance company A Plan are on your side with practical help and advice.

The service was excellent from entering the office ,to being met by a rep to completing the required details and finally in double quick time leaving with a policy that saved approx 40% on my existing policy. And they replay cancellation costs up to £50 against the existing policy!!!!

A-Plan were recommended to me for my contents insurance. Good choice as they cut my renewal with a different insurer by a great deal. Filled out a form online a week before my renewal was due to get them to contact me but ended up ringing them as my renewal date was only days away. Best to ring your local branch for instant contact and they deal with it immediately.

Always feel confident in a good service and price. But this year having been told it was the best and paying as trusting and in a hurry but when getting docs finding the premium had not been discounted as much as other years. Still disappointed as very loyal. Would still recommend but take time to get full breakdown
