Changed becasue of cost initially as, after first accident in 10 years the company I was with stitched me up. Changed to A plan and they found better cover for £130 less. I have just moved second car and they saved me £200. Very good company to deal with. I am very impressed.

I have been with A Plan insurance for many years. The Banbury branch in Oxfordshire. Although staff may have changed the service has not. Each year we go through my car insurance needs and house contents needs. If I want to drop an element there is no pressure to keep it. If you have an accident I know I can phone them and it will all be sorted. I needed a new windscreen and called them as I wasn't sure what to do. I was helped straight away. No passing on to a manager. Every staff member is informed and so polite, friendly and professional.

Nice to pop into a local office and speak to a real person, no hanging about on the phone listening to boring excuses as to why you are waiting so long to speak to someone. Really friendly staff and good premiums. I would highly recommend them.
