2nd year to insure my car through A Plan. Renew price came through too high.
Hawk, agreed. He then made suggestions for some tweaking to bring the price down, yet still cover the insurance needs i required.
Within about an hour Hawk rang back with a company at a very acceptable price.

Renewed my insurance with a chap called Philip Hampton. I was dreading the call, because usually the process is laborious and time consuming, however this was neither. Philip was precise, courteous and very professional, and as a Customer Care Trainer with 33 years experience, I have to say, it was a pleasure speaking with him.

Extremely helpful and efficient. Not being a fan of searching on line for insurance quotes and fed up of hearing 'all our staff are working from home' messages when ringing many companies and then listening to background domestic noise, when you are trying to discuss something that is important to you (when you eventually do get through) it was a real pleasure to deal with a company that answered the phone promptly; could answer questions easily and were efficient with sending through paperwork etc. Only have had experience of Shrewsbury office but would definitely use again and recommend to others.
