Had to go with this company again because year before I made the mistake by say I thought I had subsidence though it proved I didn’t the bungalow was absolutely fine my payment went from about £18 to £35 because I said that “one” word, and again this year because I said “ it” companies won’t have me absolutely ridiculous now paying £27 per month. I am a disabled person on a very low income this one mistake has cost me dearly and has had a big impact on my mental health. So yeah was basically told I had little option but to stay.

As new customers, we visited the Exeter office to replace a policy for household buildings and contents (not with A-Plan) which was soon to expire. We were impressed by the professional way we were greeted: our requirements were understood with the minimum of fuss; a suitable policy was identified; we signed up and arranged the financing; all completed within 30 minutes; we received confirmatory communications promptly. We feel confident in A-Plan services, and have direct phone line access to help us deal with queries or claims. Very impressed.

The service we have received from this company has been amazing even when I unfortunately had to claim due to my husbands error in the snow and ice!!! Thank goodness it wasn't me driving!!! We couldn't fault them they were inquiring constantly how things were progressing and chasing people up for us. The staff are so pleasant and helpful a real credit to the company hang onto them!!!!

Have used this broker for several years when renewing car and home contents insurance and remain impressed by their service.
