We have need of a type of Home Insurance that cannot be found on comparison sites. The staff at the Hereford branch of A-Plan were very knowledgeable and found us an insurer very quickly and efficiently, and explained the full policy to us. The policy premium was cheaper than the renewal with the other company and we had increased the cover too.

I renew my car insurance with A-Plan because they are local to me, they compare for me several insurers, the comparison of different policies and their prices. So they practically do for me all the hard work and all is left for me is checking the policy meet my needs and pay. Great service !

A plan have always offered a great service, reminding me when renewals are due and checking in by phone.
My only remarks are (1) a policy number / address isn’t usually included on the paperwork / reminders, which makes it difficult to know what the paperwork’s referring to.
(2) I do not know if other companies are contacted to achieve a ‘best price’
