Always remind me before renewal becomes due, which is good. Glad I checked around for other comparable quotes, otherwise would've paid quite a bit more. Pleased A-Plan were able to reduce initial quote as I'm really happy to use a local firm where I can walk in and see them if I want. I've always had good service from them but marked them down a star due to their initial quote.
