A Plan were very quick and very helpful. I had problems with my previous car insurance company in march and within a few hours they had me covered. I have now moved my house and contents cover to them. Both the policies also at a lower premium..

I have used A Plan for my car and home insurance needs for many years now. They are always competitive and their customer service is excellent, going the extra mile when you need them too. Jonathan Hart at the St Albans branch has been particularly helpful this year, even saving our holiday when our windscreen cracked, arranging very fast insurer approval to use a local repair company, rather than the insurer's preferred supplier.
