This is only the second time I have booked my Home & Contents Insurance with A-Plan, and have not had any reason to make a claim. I have had a couple of queries and therefore spoken to them, they have been most helpful and gave me the information I needed.

Recently had to slip an expensive anchor and 120 meters of chain due to anchor fouling on seabed.
The claim was dealt with by Yvonne Hall at the Parkstone office, and the matter was dealt with quickly and effeciently.
