I had to ring up to renew my caravan insurance. I spoke to Suzanne who was really polite and understanding to what turned out to be a very sad and stressful situation for me and my family regarding our caravan.
Once I renewed the insurance, the following day I found out our caravan was being removed from the site after being deemed to old.
When I rang Suzanne back, she explained everything to me and really reassured me that it would be fine.
I found her to be very easy to talk to and a consummate professional.
Would be happy to speak to her again about any other matters.
