For some reason the reminder for car insurance renewal was not received and the day before our holiday we realized urgent action was needed. After 10 minutes on the phone, Chris had arranged the insurance on our behalf at a very competitive price, apologized that we had not received the normal reminder and we were able to go on holiday without any worry. Thank you for this and sending through confirmatory email with documents subsequently. Very pleased.

I received a quote and went away to compare the market. I found a cheaper offer on- line because it did not have to include an administration charge.
I prefer to book with Aplan so if I have any problems I can go to speak to someone face to face. So I went back to Aplan and they were able to reduce the first quote down to a figure I was prepared to pay.
The staff were kind and courteous and did all they could to help me.
