as i self employed courier, i have been a customer of howdens for a few years, and insurance is a nightmare for us, however Luke Morley ( although we share the surname we are not related) at tooting has always been prompt in replying to messages and calls, i know if i need to make any alterations i message Luke and once its done, he lets me know, i know that Luke will always get me the best value for money policy that he can, the personal service he gives is amazing, other brokers just email the underwriters, Luke actually takes the time to call them and if needed to explain certain requirements.
With Luke i know im in safe hands, when it comes to insurance cheap isnt always the best option.
i have no issues referring other couriers to Luke and have done this to many in our WhatsApp group
