This is a brilliant company to deal with, the phone was answered very quickly, we dealt with an advisor called Jamie he was Freindly/polite & answered all our questions & got us the exact cover we needed, not only was it £50 cheaper than my previous insurance policy I had better cover👍.
Nothing was to much trouble he took time to explain because my Husband is partly deaf, all the documents were sent as promised also a copy sent by email as well. Hopefully I won't ever have to claim but I'm sure if I did everything would go very smoothly and no problems

So nice to be able to speak directly to a human being! I've just bought a second car and I still have 100% NCB from one I sold a year ago and tried the online comparison sites. It is a high insurance group car and the best prices online were with firms that when you checked out with the likes of Trustpilot, were criticised for being impossible to talk to someone. Howden came up with a competitive price with good cover and yes, I paid £25 more than an online option with a questionable service quality direct insurer.
James at Howden is great to deal with, his office is relatively close to where I live and it was a pleasure to do business with him.
In the hopefully, unlikely event of needing anything during the term of the insurance, I am confident in the ease of contact with and support from Howden. To me, that's worth £25 any day!
Just a quick update, I forgot I now have a couple of Faraday key pouches with subtle Howden branding, so the cost of being able to speak to someone quickly is down to a beer or two, oops! alcohol free beer or two!
