Mid Counties brokers have been taken over by Howden insurance, I was called by the new brokers as to renewal of our house insurance. The next day i received the draft documents, which were very pleasing because they were cheaper than the previous year. Telephone contact was made & every detail was gone through, a slow process but necessary. The agent was most helpful & secured a very good deal for me.

Simple and straightforward process today renewing my house insurance thanks to Catherine Smith in the Tooting office. She gave me plenty of notice in advance of the renewal date, several options which were always followed up by email, and helpfully clarified a query I had re no claims bonus.
