Joanna Dudzik of the Tooting office phoned me soon after I contacted A Plan Insurance regarding my home insurance. She was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful and efficient in guiding me through the process of establishing my requirements and phoned me promptly at an agreed time the following day to present me with the most appropriate quotation and fine-tune the cover based on underwriters’ queries.
The documentation she promised arrived incredibly quickly and reflected everything we had agreed.
I feel that I have received 5* customer service from someone who really cares about meeting my needs and Joanna definitely exceeded my expectations.

As usual I had great service from Alex at A-Plan. He was professional , polite and knowledgeable and even managed to get my premium down for me. He also emailed me my paperwork to save me some hassle. I also have my household insurance through A-Plan because they’re so good!
