I have just taken out a policy for my 17 year old son who is learning to drive. Alex dealt with me and was able to find a brilliant policy. Alex has wonderful customer service, she was courteous, friendly, explained everything and was able to find the best quote. A plan whilst you pay a tad more for your insurance is one of the best brokers on the high street. They deal with things very professionally and with honest integrity. I personally have used them for years. I did leave them at one stage as I found my insurance cheaper elsewhere but regretted soon after when the service wasn't there. So switched back on renewal.

The Consultant was very receptive and aided me as much as possible. Outlaying products that were useful and suggesting others that could be useful to me. My car insurance was bespoked to my needs with my consultant going above and beyond assistance. I have no hesitation in recommending A-Plan to any people seeking insurance of any kind from this company!

Lovely helpful staff, always remind me when contracts are due for renewal, more than once which is handy as I am sometimes forgetful. Happy with everything, but will always be grateful for any deductions for staying with you and having all our contracts with you.
