Staff are knowledgeable, honest and outgoing. Knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Client focussed. I have been with the Bath office for over 12 years now and there may be more cheaper insurers but I trust their judgement and professionalism. Nothing seems too much trouble.

I've used A Plan for many years. Initially because it was a local building I could walk into to sort out my car insurance. Over the years of course, I can do all conversations and payments over the phone but still appreciate there being a shop to visit should there ever be need to. Excellent customer service, polite, informative and always happy to answer my naive questions! I now use them for four different insurance requirements and don't look elsewhere.
