Sandra from A-plan is the most helpful person ever! In a short space of a few hours, she did a thorough comparison of my existing insurance covers for both my cars and houses and got me better insurance covers for a much cheaper price! £200 saved plus cancellation charges for existing policies refunded! Having had excellent service from A plan when I insured my Lambretta I decided to get a quote for my car insurance. I initially spoke to Leon who took time and care to find a policy which suited my needs in terms of cover required and price. When it came time to accept the quotation and take out the policy, Leon was on leave and I spoke to his colleague David. Again David made sure that I was happy with the cover provided and he put the policy into action for me.
A plan are certainly very good to deal with, I have the impression of a company who treats their clients as valued individuals rather than just a faceless number.

Used A plan in Macclesfield for home and car insurance for a few years now.
Always polite, professional and honest about pricing, yes they will offer extra components to your insurance but they are not pushy, if you say no thanks thats it.
Always available on phone and if they say their going to do something like check a price, phone back at a time or date or just clarify a policy, they do it.
Cant ask for more than that, prices are always competitive too.
And dont forget, if you have a claim or an issue with the insurance company A Plan are on your side with practical help and advice.

The service was excellent from entering the office ,to being met by a rep to completing the required details and finally in double quick time leaving with a policy that saved approx 40% on my existing policy. And they replay cancellation costs up to £50 against the existing policy!!!!
