We gave A-plan a call as we had been advised to give them a call and speak to Tom Howland for our car insurance! I am so pleased we did as Tom was really helpful and confident in sorting the policy for us. I would certainly highly recommend them and will certainly use again.

I renewed my car insurance and spoke to Jemel Thompson at tooting branch.all good and only reason not 5 stars was
1.Jemel promised to call me on the Monday but forgot.TBF he did apologise
2.Despite being a loyal customer for 15 years and having my van and home insurance with you you didn’t price match which was disappointing.It was only £15 difference but thought loyalty might count for something

A-Plan is a very visible and well-established High Street presence, its reassuring professionalism being on public display. I have spoken to advisers in person and by phone, and feel that my insurance needs have been met with a reputable company. I am confident that A-Plan could be replied upon in the event of a claim.
